Each action consumes MTok — units of manufacturing intelligence. An action is priced by the value of its result — a feasibility verdict, a fill range, a cooling design, a validated simulation — not by computing time. Your allowance is per seat and pooled across your team; the Usage page shows what costs what and what remains.
