Zephyra is a team of engineers building physics-trained AI agents for manufacturing. We started the company because the decisions that shape a part are usually made before anyone can see what they will cost.
Why Zephyra exists
Manufacturing decisions get expensive when they’re made too late.
A choice about geometry, material, process or tooling is cheap on the day it’s made. Its consequences are not.
They surface downstream — as tooling changes, trial molds, delays and quality problems. By then the mold is cut and the line is running.
Zephyra exists to help engineering teams explore those decisions earlier.
