This Cookie Policy describes the cookies and similar technologies Zephyra (QTool SRL) uses on zephyra.tech and app.zephyra.tech, and how you can control them.

Website vs. platform. The Cookiebot consent framework described below (opt-in for non-essential categories) applies to our marketing website, zephyra.tech. Within the platform (app.zephyra.tech), we currently use Google Analytics 4 for product-usage analytics and Sentry for error and performance monitoring; these in-platform tools are not currently gated behind a consent banner — see Section 5(5) of our Privacy Policy for details.

1. What are cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. Similar technologies (localStorage, sessionStorage, pixels, SDKs) work the same way for purposes of this policy.

2. Categories we use

On the marketing website (zephyra.tech), we group cookies into four categories, following the Cookiebot consent framework:

Strictly necessary (always active) Cookies required for the site to function — authentication session, consent preference memory, bot-protection tokens (Cloudflare Turnstile), load balancer session. You can’t disable these without breaking the site.

Statistics (opt-in) Google Analytics 4 and related analytics tags loaded through Google Tag Manager. We use these to understand what’s working, what isn’t, and where to improve. On zephyra.tech these load only after you opt in via the consent banner. (In-platform analytics on app.zephyra.tech works differently — see “Website vs. platform” above.)

Marketing (opt-in) HubSpot CRM tracking and (when enabled) LinkedIn Insight Tag. Used for lead attribution and retargeting. Only fires after you accept the Marketing category.

Preferences (opt-in) Any future personalization or localization cookie would go here. None active at this time.

4. How to manage your cookies

• Use the consent banner on this site to grant or withdraw consent for non-essential categories at any time. Click the cookie icon in the bottom-left corner to re-open the banner.
• You can also block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking strictly necessary cookies will break login and security features.

5. Do Not Track

Our site honors the GPC (Global Privacy Control) signal for California residents. If your browser sends GPC, we treat it as an opt-out of marketing cookies.

6. Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as we add, remove, or change vendors. Material changes are noted with a new “Last Updated” date; the Cookiebot declaration above stays current in real time.
