Zephyra runs physics-based geometric and thermal simulation on every part: voxel-resolved wall-thickness analysis, signed-distance medial-axis cooling design, conformal lattice generation for 3D-printed inserts, and full Moldflow integration. The agents sit on top of that engine — they’re how you talk to it, not what does the work.

Your part geometry stays in your environment by default. We never send geometry to third-party LLMs. On-premise deployment is available for enterprise customers in regulated industries (defense, medical, automotive tier-1).
